Simple Moves, Big Relief:

How I Found Freedom from Back Pain

If you’re living with back pain, I get it—it’s more than just discomfort. It’s missing out on things you love, struggling with simple movements, and feeling stuck.

I’ve been there.

After my spinal fusion surgery, I knew something had to change. That’s when I found Pilates, and it became the turning point in my life.

When my surgeon suggested Pilates while I waited for back surgery, I was nervous. I could only afford one class a week, and honestly, I felt like I didn’t belong.

Everyone else looked like human pretzels while I was just trying to figure out how to breathe right.

So I started small—just a few minutes each day with simple movements that felt good.

Over time, those tiny steps led to big changes.

I rebuilt my strength, eased my pain, and most importantly, regained the confidence to move and enjoy life again.

One of my biggest goals was to climb mountains with my family again—and I did it. Now, I want to help you achieve your own goals and feel stronger and more confident too."

I’m here to help you do the same.

I specialise in teaching beginners Pilates that’s simple, accessible, and tailored for people with back pain. There’s no fancy equipment or confusing routines—just practical exercises that fit into your busy life and make you feel better, fast.

Through my easy-to-follow 10-minute sessions and supportive online community, I’ll guide you step-by-step, sharing the exact exercises that worked for me.

Together, we will help you ease your pain, get you moving with confidence, and getting back to living the life you love.

So, whether you’re just starting out or looking for a gentle way to feel stronger and more mobile, you’re in the right place.

Let’s take this journey together—I promise, you’re not alone in this.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or desperate to manage pain, I’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.
